Psychotherapy is a great resource I would highly encourage it. It helps you get a better understanding of your feelings, thoughts and how they affect how you behave. It could be one-on-one; it could be in a group setting. There are also different types. There are psychotherapies that are more focused on relationships like IMAGO Relationship Therapy. There is Psycho-dynamic Psychotherapy that focuses more on the dynamics of our life, past events that have affected you and taught you to act the way you do right now. There is also Cognitive Behavior Therapy that focuses more on your thoughts how to do affect your behavior.
